Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a data-driven professional to help shape responsible AI adoption across Human Resources. You will measure AI usage, quantify business impact, and translate data into insights for senior leaders. The role requires collaboration with HR, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Security teams.

This position emphasizes governance, risk management, and reporting to guide pilots and scale AI capabilities within HR, aligned with regulatory and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in business analysis, program management, governance, risk management, strategy, analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to measure AI adoption and business impact.
• Analyze productivity gains, cost savings, and value of AI initiatives.
• Build business cases, ROI analyses, executive scorecards, and leadership presentations.
• Coordinate AI governance, risk reviews, approvals, documentation, and ongoing compliance.
