Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resource experience.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data-driven HR decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across all lines of business and partner with HR Advisors and teams.
• Generate reports and analytics to drive people priorities and initiatives.
• Support during high demand HR events like performance and talent management cycles with reporting.
• Work on key HR initiatives and core projects such as organizational design and diversity strategies.
• Champion HR process change and drive efficiencies through best practices.
• Ensure controls are in place and effectively managed for critical HR processes.
