Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to interact with business leaders at all levels and influence decisions.
• Strong project management and end-to-end process improvement skills.
• Analytical thinking to identify issues, trends, and root causes.
• Ability to operate in a highly matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with HR colleagues.
• Experience advising senior leadership and driving HR initiatives.
• 6+ years of Human Resources experience.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business leaders to establish a people agenda and support initiatives.
• Maintain performance and talent management cycles with succession planning guidance.
• Support year-end compensation processes, including salary planning and incentives.
• Lead employee listening and action-planning initiatives from surveys.
• Provide development and coaching to managers and emerging leaders.
• Advise leadership on restructures to institutionalize changes.
