Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a customer-focused HR support specialist to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and processes. You will be the first point of contact for users via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, handling high-volume requests and data updates.

You will assist with LOA navigation, inbox monitoring, and escalation to Centers of Excellence, Directors HR, or Leadership as needed. This on-site 1st shift role requires strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in a customer support role; data entry experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; HR systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic HR system navigation and case management support.
• Handles high-volume walk-up support and incoming calls.
• Collaborates with People Operations to meet SLA KPIs.
