Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a Quality Control Technician for the 2nd shift in high-pressure die casting.

You will perform inspections and drive root-cause investigations to ensure GD&T conformance and product integrity on manufacturing lines. This direct-hire role offers up to $41/hr ($85k/yr base equivalent) with 401(k) match, bonuses, full benefits and PTO, plus a stable, ISO/IATF-compliant environment with long-tenure teams and tier-one OEM

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years as a quality technician in HPDC or metal manufacturing.
• Ability to read drawings and GD&T; proficient with metrology tools.
• Must reside within 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM for measurements.
• Identify defects, issue NCMRs, and lead containment.
• Review drawings, GD&T, and control plans.
• Support root-cause investigations with 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto.
• Contribute to LPAs, PPAP, FAI, and gauge validations per ISO 9001/IATF16949.
