Job summary
Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Quality Control Technician for an ISO-driven, high-precision die casting environment in Cedarburg, WI. You will perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections on high-pressure aluminum castings, applying GD&T and CMM-based verification to ensure dimensional conformance.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated career stability with at least 2+ years at each employer
- 2+ years of HPDC or metal manufacturing quality experience
- Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and specifications with GD&T knowledge
- Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg/Greater Milwaukee area
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections of die cast components
- Verify conformance using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and CMM
- Identify defects and issue containment actions
- Review drawings and GD&T to ensure compliance
- Support root-cause investigations using 5 Whys, Fishbone, and Pareto
- Participate in audits and PPAP activities per ISO 9001/IATF 16949
