Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece to final inspections of die cast components.
• Use CMM and hand metrology gear to verify GD&T and dimensions.
• Investigate defects and root causes with 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto.
• Review drawings and control plans for conformance.
• Support ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audit processes.
