Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Specialist focused on HPC EDA workloads. This role leads the global go-to-market strategy to migrate semiconductor design and verification flows to AWS, partnering with design houses, fabless companies, and IDMs.

You will coordinate with AWS service teams (EC2, ParallelCluster, Batch, FSx for Lustre) and sales leadership to drive adoption, scale execution, and deliver compelling cloud-based EDA environments at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience in the semiconductor or EDA industry.
• 5+ years of experience with High Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure and cloud concepts.
• Experience working with EDA tools/workflows including frontend and backend design (RTL, synthesis, place & route, signoff).
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HPC EDA workloads GTM strategy across sales, marketing, partner, product, and services teams to accelerate AWS adoption for semiconductor design workloads.
• Define and articulate the vision for cloud-based EDA infrastructure for frontend & backend workflows.
• Engage with semiconductor customers to understand EDA workload requirements and architect scalable AWS solutions.
• Provide market signals and customer feedback to product teams to influence AWS roadmaps for EDA workloads and instance types.
• Act as evangelist and thought leader for HPC EDA workloads at industry events and customer engagements.
• Build and maintain partnerships with EDA ISV partners to ensure tool compatibility and joint GTM initiatives.
• Create field enablement content, sales strategies, and reference architectures leveraging EDA flows.
• Own reporting cadences on GTM plan execution, pipeline health, and expansion targets.
