Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Worldwide Partner GTM Specialist to lead GTM engagement with AWS's most strategic HPC partners.

You will own the strategy at the intersection of technology and business acceleration, collaborating with global system integrators and startups to drive HPC solutions that deliver customer value. The role requires deep GTM, partner management, and sales experience, with a focus on translating complex HPC concepts into actionable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years working with Core Cloud tech or similar platforms.
• 5+ years Go-To-Market, business development, sales, or consulting.
• 5+ years working with Advanced Compute technologies (e.g., HPC, Accelerated Compute).
• Bachelor's degree required; strong ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Experience translating technical levers into business value for partners.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM strategy for AWS HPC partners at scale.
• Develop and execute GTM plans, messaging, enablement, and co-sell playbooks.
• Represent partner solutions at events, conferences, and roadshows.
• Collaborate with AWS field teams on enablement and competitive positioning.
• Create partner-ready content, training materials, and GTM resources.
• Relay market signals to AWS service and specialist teams.
