Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality technician experience in HPDC or metal manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T with precision measuring tools.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.
• US work authorization; no sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections of die cast components.
• Verify conformance with customer specs using calipers, micrometers, and CMM.
• Detect and contain defects; issue NCMRs and lead containment.
• Review drawings, GD&T, control plans, and work instructions.
• Support root-cause investigations using 5 Whys, Fishbone, and Pareto.
• Assist with audits, PPAP, FAI, and gauge validations per ISO/IATF standards.
