Job summary

SI-BONE, Inc. is seeking a Territory Representative for the Houston Metro area to drive adoption of the iFuse sacroiliac joint fusion system. You will manage a defined territory, train surgeons, and collaborate with regional leadership to meet quotas.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will market to clinician groups, coordinate education, and support OR cases as needed while upholding ethical standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in medical device sales leadership.
• Experience with clinician education and training.
• Knowledge of regulatory context (ISO 13485, FDA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Regional Sales Director and manages the specified territory.
• Meet or exceed quotas as directed by leadership.
• Identify, target and train surgeons for iFuse cases.
• Market to clinician groups to raise awareness of SI joint treatments.
• Meet sales quotas and provide regional support for OR cases.
• Manage travel and entertainment within policy and budget.
• Establish referral networks and support educational activities within the territory.
