Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
• 3+ years of progressive people leadership experience.
• Strong Excel, Outlook, and Word proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Houston market logistics.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead dispatch, scheduling, and operational support teams to meet performance goals.
• Develop and manage staffing plans, coaching, and succession planning.
• Drive KPIs and performance metrics for the terminal.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and driver relations.
• Collaborate with Safety, Driver Recruiting, Customer Service, and Sales.
• Monitor terminal volumes, costs, and profitability.
