Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) in Houston is expanding its Technology division and seeking an entrepreneurial Technology Recruiter to own a full-desk, cultivate client relationships, recruit top IT talent, and guide the hiring process from initial outreach to placement.

You will build your own book, contribute to the growth of CFS’s Technology practice, and enjoy an environment with uncapped earning potential and strong training. Hybrid work follows onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technology sales, SaaS sales, IT staffing, recruiting, business development, or account management.
• Passion for sales, relationship-building, and generating new business.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with hiring managers, directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, prospecting, and client meetings.
• Consult with organizations to understand hiring needs and recommend staffing solutions.
• Expand existing client relationships while developing new accounts.
• Build a reputation as a trusted advisor within the Houston technology market.
• Source, recruit, and interview technology professionals for contract, project, and direct-hire opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent.
• Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and interview preparation.
• Develop long-term relationships with technology professionals throughout their careers.
• Match candidates to opportunities that align with their skills, goals, and interests.
• Present qualified candidates to client organizations.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Help drive the continued growth of the Technology staffing division.
