Job summary

IMEG is hiring a Project Executive in Houston, TX to assist the Client Executive in managing the team through client relationship development and project leadership. This role calls for a proven leader with a strong track record of managing large projects within one or more markets and supporting continued team growth.

You will help drive business development, oversee project financial performance, mentor senior staff, and coordinate with marketing and technical operations to support team growth

Qualifications

• Stock ownership path to Associate Principal level.
• Minimum 10 years of project management, construction management, or related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and lead others.
• Ability to travel up to 20% with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow the project pipeline.
• Drive strategic growth through business-development principles and market positioning.
• Participate in promotional activities and market-focused organizations.
• Coordinate with Client Executive and marketing on opportunities and interviews.
• Serve as Project Manager on assigned projects and present during client interviews.
• Manage client and project fees with an aggregate value around $2M.
• Bring in new projects regularly and contribute approximately $1M in new fees annually.
• Oversee financial success of projects and assist with accounts receivable collection.
• Support Technical Operations Team's training and consistency.
• Assist with updating the marketing database with leads and proposals.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to senior staff on client relations and PM.
