Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of project management/construction management experience; 15 years preferred; stock ownership path toward Associate Principal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general software tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow the team's project pipeline by building and maintaining client relationships and pursuing new business.
• Manage client and project fees with total value around $2M.
• Bring in new projects regularly and contribute to approx. $1M in annual new fees.
• Mentor staff and promote business development principles and market positioning.
• Lead client interviews and coordinate with Marketing on BD opportunities.
• Oversee project financial success and accounts receivable on managed projects.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to senior staff on client relations and PM.
