Job summary

IMEG Corporation in Dallas, TX is hiring a Structural Project Executive to support the Client Executive, cultivate relationships, and oversee large-scale projects in one or more markets. You will serve as Project Manager on most assignments and help grow new and repeat business.

You will mentor senior staff and collaborate with marketing and technical operations to ensure financial success and market leadership across civic, education, aviation, infrastructure, and facility assessment efforts in

Qualifications

• Significant stock ownership pathway to Associate Principal
• Minimum 10 years, 15 years preferred in PM/CM or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Grow project pipeline by building and maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities for new business and repeat engagements.
• Stay active in market and IMEG Selling Boldly program.
• Manage client and project fees with a total value around $2M.
• Bring in new projects regularly, including approx. $1M in new annual fees.
• Mentor staff on client relations and project management; coordinate with marketing.
