Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7+ years in building design consulting; 8+ preferred.
• Proficiency in design techniques, tools, and code-based calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for structural systems and provide project direction.
• Perform site assessments and produce detailed analyses and reports.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and communicate results.
• Provide in-process design reviews and maintain IMEG quality standards.
• Mentor junior staff and resolve field issues with limited senior support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
