Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years towards a Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent, required.
• Experience: None listed
• Strong interest in design consulting and ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with structural system design in accordance with code and IMEG standards.
• Research project-related information and resources.
• Support client relations, maintain the project design notebook, and document records for permanent files.
• Coordinate design and schedule activities with architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, technology, clerical, and supplier teams.
• Document design decisions, meetings, and client instructions while monitoring project design progress.
• Review project documents for accuracy and completeness before requesting a final check.
• Assist with preparing and issuing addendum information.
• Conduct periodic job site observations and provide other services required by the contract services agreement.
