Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management, construction management, or related experience.
• Stock ownership path to Associate Principal level; ESOP experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to grow project pipeline and revenue.
