Job summary

HirefinderRPO is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Houston area. You will focus on new business, strategic client relationships, and revenue expansion for staffing and workforce solutions.

The role requires hunter mindset, strong communication, and a proven ability to close deals with decision-makers. You will work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with CRM and reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business development, outside sales, account management, or revenue-generating sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the organization in front of clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, prospecting, and market research.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct in-person client meetings and presentations.
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Negotiate service agreements, contracts, and pricing structures.
• Consistently generate new business opportunities and revenue growth.
