Job summary

H2o wineWater 0.0% Alc. seeks a dynamic Non-Alcoholic Sales Manager to fuel growth in Houston. You will lead regional accounts, drive promotions, and manage pricing while building strong relationships with wholesalers and field teams.

The role requires a strategic leader with analytical skills, capable of designing a repeatable sales process and expanding product placements with new and existing customers. Houston residency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with retail and wholesaler initiatives in CPG is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business, promotions, distribution, innovation, sales, and pricing initiatives to grow our Non‑Alcohol brand with independent and regional chains.
• Collaborate with wholesalers and local field sales to enhance brand visibility and execute pricing, distribution and space initiatives.
• Develop and present wholesaler plans, budgets, and reviews; communicate activities effectively internally and externally.
