Gee‑Z Brands in Atlanta seeks a dynamic District Sales Manager for our Non‑Alcohol division to drive growth in Houston and surrounding markets. You will lead promotions, manage pricing, and build strong wholesale relationships to expand our presence in independent and regional chains.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has multi-state account management experience, and can design a repeatable sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic record.
• 5+ years of growth in sales/marketing/analytic roles, preferably in CPG non-alcoholic.
• High-level information analysis and data-based recommendations.
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with syndicated data, wholesaler processes, and alliances.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives across promotions, distribution, and pricing to grow our non-alcohol brand across accounts.
• Coordinate with wholesalers and field sales to improve visibility and execute pricing and space plans.
• Develop and present wholesaler plans, budgets, and business reviews to leadership.
• Build relationships with regional chains to grow market share and profitability.
• Conduct monthly meetings with wholesalers to introduce new products and programs.
• Review profitability strategies using data and program execution recaps.
