Job summary

Messina Hof Wine Cellars seeks a Regional Sales Representative to drive brand growth, expand wholesale distribution, and boost market share in Houston and surrounding markets.

You will analyze data, price and promote products, and collaborate with distributors to execute strategic sales plans. This role requires hands-on promotion, strong retailer relationships, and regular travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years related experience in adult beverage or wine industry.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to events and promotions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales volume in wholesale channels and direct sales in Houston market.
• Represent Messina Hof in-market to improve distribution and display activity.
• Coordinate pricing, programming, and promotional activities with distributors.
• Build relationships with retailers, restaurateurs, and trade organizations.
• Provide market updates, sales data, and recommendations to RNDC.
• Lead tastings, demos, and wine events; travel as needed.
• Prepare reports and market intelligence for leadership.
