Reliance, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow industrial steel sales in the Houston, TX market. The role focuses on developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

You will visit customers in person, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-quality products and services. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a clear path to performance-based incentives.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in steel, metals, or industrial markets.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
