Job summary

HappyGlobal Service in Houston is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the setup of a new manufacturing facility and oversee ongoing plant operations. You will coordinate equipment arrival, installation, and readiness while establishing procedures and safety practices.

You will manage daily plant and warehouse activities, help staff recruitment and training, and report progress to the Houston Head of Operations and the management team in China. On-site work in Houston is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations, plant operations, or warehouse operations.
• Experience supporting a facility launch or ramp-up preferred.
• Candidates with international or China-based management exposure welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and launch of a new manufacturing facility in Houston.
• Coordinate equipment arrival, installation, facility prep, and readiness.
• Oversee daily plant, warehouse, and site operations after production begins.
• Develop and implement operating procedures, workflows, and safety practices.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, logistics providers, and other external partners.
• Assist with staffing, training, scheduling, and supervision of frontline employees.
