Job summary

Turbine Air Systems, Ltd. in Houston, TX is seeking an Operations Project Manager I to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality products.

You will coordinate Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management and Purchasing, verifying drawings, BOMs, work orders and material availability before and during fabrication. You will manage shop-floor scheduling, track progress, expedite materials as needed, and drive continuous improvement using EVA-like metrics and lean practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years in industrial/manufacturing engineering or related role.
• Experience with ERP, BOMs and MRP systems.
• Lean or ISO 9001 experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop Production / Project Execution Plan to meet delivery schedule.
• Verify drawings, BOMs, work orders, and material availability.
• Participate in labor forecast planning & manufacturing strategy.
• Monitor shop-floor workload and track progress.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, PM, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics.
• Expedite materials to maintain schedule and document issues.
