Shunmei Medical Co.,LTD is expanding its presence in the United States and establishing a new office in Houston, Texas. We seek an Operations Manager to support U.S. operations, drive local presence, and coordinate with the China headquarters to ensure seamless execution of projects.

The role involves setting up the Houston office, coordinating site selection for a future manufacturing facility, and building relationships within the U.S. healthcare and medical device sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of U.S. experience in operations, project management, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or related industries is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of Houston/Texas business environment; local connections are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run the Houston office operations.
• Research and coordinate site selection for future manufacturing facility in Houston.
• Work with local government agencies, industrial parks, vendors, and external partners to support operations and local projects.
• Support early-stage development and preparation of the future U.S. manufacturing facility.
• Develop and maintain local relationships within the U.S. healthcare and medical device industry.
• Coordinate with China headquarters and U.S. team for smooth execution of local operations and projects.
