Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, workstation, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripheral devices.
• Manage software installations, OS updates, security patches, and device drivers.
• Assist with device configuration and management using Microsoft Intune.
• Set up workstations and prepare IT equipment for new and existing employees.
• Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory, including receiving, storing, distributing, and tracking hardware.
• Support conference room audiovisual equipment, presentations, and connectivity.
• Identify, troubleshoot, document, and elevate technical incidents as necessary.
• Assist with workstation migrations, system changes, and other IT-related projects.
• Follow company cybersecurity policies, report potential security incidents, and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
