Job summary

Integra in Houston is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to assist customers with computer systems, hardware, and software. You will guide users through configuration and troubleshoot issues, both remotely and in person.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, solves problems quickly, and coordinates with Cybersecurity to roll out tools. Training, documentation, and ongoing learning help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot network issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with ERP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tech inquiries via email, chat, phone, or in person.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues on workstations.
• Help implement and maintain ConnectWise Manage.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity team on tools rollout.
• Prepare new devices or reimage existing devices (approx. 3/week).
• Maintain inventory in the tracking system.
• Document solutions and guide clients through corrective steps.
• Contribute to client training programs and learning initiatives.
• Accommodate client disabilities with device recommendations.
• Suggest system improvements and updates to enhance performance.
• Stay current through ongoing education and training.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service.
