Job summary

The Jay Group is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join their team in Houston, TX to support fulfillment operations. The technician will handle IT support requests, manage help desk tickets, and provide troubleshooting assistance to employees.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of computer-related experience, and 2 years in a help desk environment.
• Understanding of PC components, databases, and scripting tools.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for IT issues and manage help desk tickets.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and guide customers to resolve issues.
• Install and update software, manage assets, and maintain inventory records.
• Participate in a support rotation for on-call duties.
