Job summary

NorthSky Supply in Houston is seeking a energetic, customer-driven B2B salesperson to build and grow the Houston territory in the MRO, packaging, PPE, and related product areas.

You will spend most of your week in the field visiting customers and prospects across the Houston area, with autonomy to develop accounts from first order to long-term relationships and an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B sales experience; outside sales preferred.
• Ability and willingness to prospect, cold call, and develop new accounts.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High-energy, results-focused mindset with disciplined approach.
• Experience in MRO, packaging, safety or material handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new warehouse, manufacturing and industrial accounts.
• Meet face-to-face with operations, facility and purchasing leaders.
• Sell packaging, warehouse, PPE, and MRO consumables and related products.
• Develop accounts from first order to long term relationships.
• Spend most of the week in the field visiting customers and prospects in the Houston area.
