Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• B2B sales experience with consultative or solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow territory by developing new accounts and expanding relationships with property managers, owners, and multifamily communities.
• Prospect and convert opportunities through face-to-face visits, networking and industry research.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline to meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
• Collaborate with inside sales to drive business growth and account expansion.
• Create strategic sales call schedules and manage the territory to maximize revenue.
• Utilize Salesforce to track activities, opportunities, and performance metrics.
• Provide excellent customer satisfaction and retention through value-added solutions.
