Job summary

Techstyles Sportswear is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue by developing new accounts and managing relationships in the Houston territory. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment and travel regularly to meet clients and business objectives.

The role requires 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, a proven quota track record, and strong closing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales experience in apparel, sportswear, or promotional products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across target segments: schools, athletic programs, team dealers, corporate accounts, retailers, promotional product distributors, and event organizers.
• Manage existing accounts; grow share of wallet through consistent follow-up and proactive servicing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and activity records in Salesforce.
• Present product line, capabilities, and pricing to prospects and customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment.
• Resolve customer issues; elevate when necessary.
• Communicate new product launches, seasonal programs, and pricing updates to accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs; report field intelligence to management.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings as required.
