Job summary

Techstyles Sportswear is seeking a field-based Sales Representative in the Austin, TX area to drive revenue by developing new accounts and managing existing relationships. You will work with internal teams, travel within the territory, and pursue targets across schools, athletic programs, and corporate accounts.

The role emphasizes independence, strong sales skills, and a proven track record of meeting quotas. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales, preferably in apparel/sportswear or promotional products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across target segments: schools, athletic programs, team dealers, corporate accounts, retailers, promotional product distributors, and event organizers.
• Manage existing accounts; grow share of wallet through follow-up and servicing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and activity records in Salesforce.
• Present product line, capabilities, and pricing to prospects and customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Resolve customer issues; elevate when necessary.
• Communicate new product launches and pricing updates to accounts.
• Attend trade shows and sales meetings as required.
