Qualifications

• 2+ years in beverage/CPG/DSD or field sales experience.
• Comfort calling on independent stores, franchise operators, route managers, and local retail teams.
• Ability to operate independently in market with disciplined reporting and follow-through.
• Attention to shelf standards, cold placement, pricing, POS, and account-level detail.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute store visits against approved route plans and target outlet lists.
• Drive in-store compliance, shelf placement, cold placement, display execution, pricing compliance, and POS placement.
• Support distributor pull-through so new placements convert into repeat orders and visible sell-through.
• Open, reactivate, and defend target independent and chain accounts with route and account support.
• Document competitor activity, pricing, availability, account issues, and market feedback in the reporting system.
• Support demos, blitzes, distributor ride-withs, and local activations with field marketing and sales leadership.
