Job summary

Pittston Co-Packers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Field Sales Manager to own in-store execution, distributor support, and outlet development across North Texas. The role focuses on turning route-to-market access into visible shelf, cold placement, and sell-through, while driving pricing compliance and POS placement with local retailers and distributors.

Qualifications

2+ years of beverage/CPG/DSD/retail sales experience required.
Strong ability to call on independent stores and local retail teams.
Ability to travel within assigned territory and operate independently.
Attention to shelf standards, pricing, POS, and display execution.

Responsibilities

Execute store visits against approved route plans and target outlet lists.
Drive in-store compliance, shelf placement, cold placement, display execution, pricing compliance, and POS placement.
Support distributor pull-through so new placements convert into repeat orders and visible sell-through.
Open, reactivate, and defend target independent and chain accounts where Eastroc has route and account support.
Document competitor activity, pricing, availability, account issues, and market feedback in the required reporting system.
Support demos, blitzes, distributor ride-withs, and local activations with field marketing and broader sales leadership.
