This role emphasizes hands-on field work at job sites, with ownership and leadership responsibilities that accelerate growth beyond a traditional engineering path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• 0–5 years of professional experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership through athletics, coaching, military service, student orgs, internships or team competitions.
• Background in competitive athletics preferred for discipline and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field installation and construction activities in the Houston market.
• Spend significant time at job sites and in the field with crews.
• Set clear expectations and hold field teams accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and schedule.
