Job summary

Dynamic EcoHome is seeking an ambitious Industrial Engineer to build a disciplined, scalable field operation in Houston. This is not a desk-based role; you will spend significant time at job sites with crews, turning engineering analysis into measurable improvements.

You will lead installers, electricians, technicians, and other field personnel, improving labor, materials, schedules, and customer commitments while growing into leadership roles in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• 0–5 years of professional experience; New Grads are encouraged to apply!
• Strong leadership and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations across safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer experience.
• Oversee crews and field staff, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment.
• Develop and implement standardized field procedures as volume grows.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and optimize dispatch and routing.
• Build dashboards to track performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, warehouse, and leadership.
