You will lead installers, electricians, technicians, and other field personnel while improving systems that connect labor, materials, equipment, schedules, job sites, and commitments. This is an early-career role with ownership and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Zero to five years of professional experience - New Grads are encouraged to apply!
• Strong preference for candidates with one to three years of experience in operations, construction, manufacturing, logistics, field services, or continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership through competitive athletics, coaching, military service, student organizations, internships, entrepreneurship, or team-based competitions.
• Evidence of taking ownership and delivering results beyond assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily installation and construction activities across the Houston market.
• Spend substantial time near operations with regular job-site visits and field inspections.
• Set clear expectations and hold field teams accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, delays, rework, and wasted labor.
• Improve crew assignments, route planning, material flow, scheduling, and job-site sequencing.
