Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• Zero to five years of professional experience; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Leadership demonstrated through athletics, coaching, military service, student organizations, internships, entrepreneurship, or team-based competitions.
• Evidence of ownership and delivering results beyond assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily installation and construction activities across the Houston market.
• Spend majority of time near operation with field visits and inspections.
• Set clear expectations and hold field teams accountable for safety and quality.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, delays, rework, and wasted labor.
• Improve crew assignments, route planning, material flow, and scheduling.
• Build dashboards tracking labor utilization, cycle time, throughput, and cost.
• Redesign processes and test improvements directly in the field.
• Establish standardized procedures to improve consistency.
