Willingness to travel across Houston market and work at job sites.

Responsibilities

Lead daily installation and construction activities throughout the Houston market.
Spend substantial time on job sites with crews to oversee safety, quality, and productivity.
Set clear expectations and hold field teams accountable for safety and schedule.
Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve labor and material flow.
Build dashboards tracking labor, cycle time, throughput, and cost.
Coach installers, electricians, technicians, and emerging field leaders.
