This role blends on-site leadership with office responsibilities, overseeing crews and coordinating with project teams to translate engineering insight into tangible improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in engineering, up to five years in operations or field services, and proven leadership with data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 0–5 years of professional experience; New Grads are encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Willingness to travel across the Houston market.
• Proven ability to solve problems with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Daily field performance across safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer experience.
• Lead installers, electricians, technicians, and field personnel.
• Develop standard operating procedures to scale field operations.
• Create dashboards tracking labor utilization and throughput.
• Coach and develop Houston field personnel and leaders.
