Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• New grads encouraged to apply with zero to five years of professional experience.
• Experience in operations, construction, manufacturing, logistics, field services, or continuous improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily installation and construction activities across the Houston market.
• Spend majority of time at job sites and in the field with crews.
• Set clear expectations and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance.
