You will lead installers, electricians, technicians, and other field personnel, owning safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance while growing the team and the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 0–5 years professional experience; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Leadership shown through athletics, coaching, or team activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field activities across safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer experience.
• Improve crew assignments, material flow, and job-site sequencing.
• Build dashboards tracking labor utilization, cycle time, and cost.
