This 18–24 month, onsite program fast-tracks technical and business leadership through four rotations across Manufacturing Operations, Technical Product Development, Product Management, and Sales Execution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Houston area base or willingness to relocate for the program.
• Open to U.S. relocation after program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete four rotations (Manufacturing Operations, Technical Product Development, Product Management, Sales Execution).
• Engage in structured mentorship and executive coaching.
• Contribute to high-impact projects with visibility across Bray's global organization.
