This 18–24 month, onsite program fast-tracks technical and business leadership through four rotations across Manufacturing Operations, Technical Product Development, Product Management, and Sales Execution. Program Overview

The LREP is an immersive 18–24 month rotational program based in Houston, TX, crafted to fast‑track the development of future technical and business leaders at Bray. This program combines real‑world project experience with structured mentorship and training, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of our business and operations.

You’ll Rotate Through Four Key Business Functions

• Manufacturing Operations
• Technical Product Development
• Product Management
• Sales Execution
