Job summary

Entegris is launching its Leadership Development Program (ELDP) for new-to-market and entry-level engineers in San Antonio, TX. The program offers three 12-month rotations across Manufacturing and Product, with a final assignment in Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality.

Participants gain exposure to senior mentors, formal training, and challenging projects that align with corporate objectives, culminating in a permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Aligned employment start date with the ELDP start date – June 21, 2027.
• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering with a strong GPA – graduation Spring 2026 or later.
• New to the job market or at the early part of their engineering career.
• Commitment to a 3-year training program with competitive compensation and full benefits package.
• Rotational assignments may require geographic mobility.
• Candidates should be open to relocation to maximize development opportunities.

• Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month assignments across Manufacturing, Product, and a third assignment in Quality areas.
• On-the-job training and compelling project work contributing to business unit deliverables.
• Online learning management courses for core disciplines that fuel Entegris.
• Interact with Senior Leaders during workshops and presentation meetings.
• Develop professionally in a values-based culture emphasizing leadership and technical growth.
