Job summary

RRD is launching an entry-level Operations-Leadership Development Program in Houston, TX. This 12-month, full-time program prepares you for leadership roles across manufacturing facilities in the United States.

It follows a cohort-class model with specific start dates for February 2027. Participants rotate through manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance, shadow roles, support Plant Leaders, attend meetings, and study printing and manufacturing trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Prior internship in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of the printing process is a plus.
• High energy level and strong work ethic.
• Written and verbal communication prowess.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations across six core plant business functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow position-specific roles and perform in those roles during rotations.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility operations as opportunities arise.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Read publications about the print and manufacturing industries to increase your understanding of the field.
