Entegris, Inc. offers the Leadership Development Program for engineers just starting their careers.

The program includes three 12-month assignments across Manufacturing, Product, and Quality areas, with on-the-job training and mentorship from senior leaders to accelerate development. Participants engage in cross-functional projects, face-to-face leadership workshops, and a culture-driven environment designed to foster technical and leadership growth with a clear path to permanent placement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with a strong GPA and graduation Spring 2026 or later.
• New to the job market or early in engineering career.
• Commitment to a 3-year training program with full benefits and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Three 12-month assignments in Manufacturing, Product, and one of Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality.
• On-the-job training and challenging project work that aligns with business unit goals.
• Mentor-led development with exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
