Bray International, Inc. invites engineering graduates to join the Leadership Rotational Excellence Program (LREP) in Houston, TX.

The 18–24 month program features four rotations through Manufacturing Operations, Technical Product Development, and Product Management, with mentorship and hands-on projects designed to accelerate leadership and technical growth. You’ll gain exposure to Bray’s global engineering organization, participate in structured training, and have the opportunity to relocate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required or preferred in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial/Systems.
• Strong technical aptitude and a passion for engineering excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven mindset with leadership potential.
• Willingness to travel during rotations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations across core functions (Manufacturing Operations, Technical Product Development, Product Management).
• Engage in individualized development plans and mentorship with senior leaders.
• Contribute to high-impact projects with visibility across Bray’s global engineering organization.
